SHOPSEARS

IN 2014, I WAS ENGAGED TO COMPLETELY REDESIGN AND REIMAGINE SHOPSEARS, A MOBILE POINT OF SALE APPLICATION FOR SEARS AND KMART FLOOR ASSOCIATES.

Starting with the branding of the product itself, I sought to create a logo that highlighted the 3 main features of the app: Consultation, Transaction and Performance Metrics.
I worked with business stakeholders, product owners and UX team members to create a design system that is flexible across a wide range of devices and solves for many user flow issues in the previous app.

Another goal of our team was to establish a design system that could be implemented on other associate facing applications throughout the organization.
We accomplished this goal by reacting to user testing and feedback, establishing consistent and standards based interaction patterns and implementing a universal iconography system.
